Why Us?

Life cycle cost analysis is an objective way to measure and manage costs of life for every project or asset. A life cycle cost (LCC) provides a method of assessing the costs that occur throughout a building’s lifespan. The main purpose is to estimate the overall costs of the project and to get a more robust insight into long-term costs and savings.

What we do?

We conduct a structured cost analysis in the LCC tool to clearly identify the cost sources that affect the total cost by performing the cost incurred in running and managing a constructed asset, including energy and other environmental inspection costs.

How we work ?

Our team helps in conducting the LCC analysis in the early project phases before major decisions have been made and by engaging the full team when creating alternatives to ensure the full potential of the project is captured. We combine LCC with life cycle assessment (LCA) to ensure that we are making the best cost and carbon-saving decisions for the project.
